Lund+Slaatto Arkitekter

Pål Biørnstad, Espen Pedersen, and Inge Ormhaug have led Lund+Slaatto Arkitekter as partners since 2003. In 2017, Åse Helene Mørk joined as partner and managing director, and Ørjan Husby has been on the executive board since 2022. The architecture firm was founded in 1958 by Kjell Lund and Nils Slaatto and established itself as one of Norway’s leading architectural firms with projects like the City Hall in Asker (1964) and St. Halvard Church and Monastery on Enerhaugen in Oslo (1966). Today, Lund+Slaatto has 45 employees focused on crafting contextual and sustainable design solutions. Their work emphasizes site-specific responses, functional details, and thoughtful material selection, as seen in the Portalen office building in Drammen, which was recognized with the Architekturpreis Gebäudeintegrierte Solartechnik (Building-Integrated Solar Technology Architecture Award).
