Modular House in Madrid

The single-family home measures 142 m² and comprises six modular volumes: a free-standing studio; two bedrooms with bathrooms; and three modules that encompass the cooking, dining and living area. This last area opens completely onto the adjacent terrace and the garden, which consists of a largely undisturbed forest of pine and oak. The architects have preserved the character of the place and created a peaceful, pleasant living atmosphere with their simple concept.
