New Variations of Design Classics by Gira

Architects love it, and since 1998 the Gira E2 has been regarded as the “architect’s switch” par excellence. Previously, however, the range was only available in shatter-proof and UV-resistant thermoplastic. Now Gira has fulfilled the wishes of many architects and master electricians by offering this design classic in stainless steel, too. Stainless steel is itself a classic of modern architecture. Its timeless aesthetics can be found in the design of exterior facades as well as in interior design and furnishings. In addition to stainless steel, Gira offers another design variant: Gira E2 in matt black. Black – dark and threatening on the one hand, and refined, pure, elegant and modern on the other. Architects and designers love the tensions and energy hidden in black. Here, pure elegance meets austere practicality and sophisticated functionality.
   
The range in all variants includes versions made of stainless steel and thermoplastic in the colours black matt, anthracite, lacquered aluminium, pure white silk matt and pure white glossy.
The complete range is also available in a flat design. The switch frame is only 3 mm thick. The thermoplastic versions also offer over 300 modern building-technology functions.
