Oslotre
For more than 13 years, Oslotre has been a driving force in the transformation of Norway’s construction industry. The team of architects, engineers, drafters, and timber specialists brings expertise from operating a former CLT facility, among other areas. In cooperation with its sister company OsloPre (prefab), Oslotre delivers turnkey timber buildings from concept to completion. In Kristiansand, the practice completed Lumber 4, an office building with distinctive green glazed facade panels that emits 53 % fewer greenhouse gas emissions than a comparable steel or concrete structure at the same construction cost. St. Olafsvei 18, with five storeys, is the tallest solid timber residential building in southern Norway. With HasleTre in Oslo, Oslotre realised the city’s first demountable timber building – taking a further step towards circular construction through the use of recycled materials.
