The border station’s tower features cantilevering terraces that are used as a viewing platform, with its multiple levels are overlooking the water and the Black Sea’s coastline. The sculpturally formed white structure houses - next to the viewing platform and the regular border customs’ facilities - a cafeteria, staff rooms and a conference room.
