Sustainable Architecture in the US- An Interview with KieranTimberlake
The involvement of KieranTimberlake, an architecture firm based in Philadelphia, in sustainable building goes back many years. Achievements include several constructions, such as the Yale University Sculpture Building or the Sidwell Friends Middle School, which have been awarded LEED Platinum certification, the highest rating level developed by the US Green Building Council, as well as experimental projects like Loblolly House or Cellophane House. Thomas Madlener talked to James Timberlake and Richard Maimon about the current state of sustainable architecture in the USA and about possible future developments.
