It looks as though it was inspired by the De Stijl art movement. Taliesin Mod.Fab is a study prototype for a 600 square foot sustainable house situated in the desert close to The Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture in Arizona, USA. It was designed and built by some of the school's students and is a serious study in sustainable living that relies on more than style for its impact.
The building has been designed, dimensioned, and engineered to be lifted on to a truck and taken by road in its assembled state to wherever it is needed. It has good sustainability credentials that include: rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and natural ventilation. It and can even be be unplugged from the services grid.
