A brief glimpse into the historical development of the Estonian capital is presented by the art historian, in conjunction with expectations for a neglected former industrial quarter, various impressive constructions from the soviet era and a completely run-down factory building which is the object of a great deal of investment interest, although it’s retention is not yet assured.
