Terrace Roof for Cubic Building Style by Solarlux

With a height of 253 mm, the circumferential aperture is very narrow. Together with the slender rafters it allows a great deal of light to enter. Despite its almost non-existent roof pitch of only two degrees, rainwater is discharged in a controlled manner. For special static requirements such as large roof areas or snow loads, the SDL Acubis can be fitted with a steel reinforcement in the insertion chambers of the load-bearing profiles. The SDL Acubis can also be expanded into a greenhouse. Vertical glazing is optionally available with sliding or slide-and-turn elements or with a non-insulated folding glass wall from Solarlux. All the glazing options can be opened completely and barrier-free. The sliding/turning elements, for example, are pushed to the side and stowed away inside or outside as a narrow package, while the folding glass walls are folded according to the accordion principle.
