Were you listening in your architecture history and theory lessons? The Modern Architecture Game, a collaboration by the four partners of the Dutch practice Next Architects, threatens to provide a definitive answer to that question.
There are over a thousand questions on famous architects, their buildings and their well-known quotations to tease the players with. This is the second edition of the game and crucially it has dropped the Dutch bias in the questions in favour of teasers that will appeal to architecture 'nerds' of all nationalities... or at least a much broader range.
Be warned, dinner parties with architects may never be the same again!
