Wall Edge Strips

Ursa’s XPS wall edge strip complements the company’s KDP core insulation board for insulating double-skin masonry. It closes the insulation level at door and window openings so that thermal bridges are avoided. The extruder foam strip with a waffled structure is 80 mm wide, 1250 mm long and available in thicknesses from 100 to 180 mm. The company offers the combination of Ursa XPS N-III-L for the base or splash-water area with the KDP core insulation boards made of mineral wool and the XPS wall-edge strip for the edge seal especially for the insulation of double-shell masonry.
