The treehouse designed by artist Tom Hare is like a cocoon. At night, when it is lit from within, its delicate structure glows.
This idea came to Hare when he once visited a friend who had a dead cherry tree in his garden. In order to give the tree a new use, Hare was inspired to build a treehouse. First, he installed a wooden platform, which is now covered with a shell made of woven willow. The treehouse is not yet complete; we are looking forward to seeing the final result.
