Who´s afraid of DIN V 18599?

DIN V 18599 is a series of DIN preliminary standards to be used as tools for assessing the total energy efficiency of buildings. This is required in all European Union member states since 2006, as specified in Article 3 of Directive 2002/91/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on the energy performance of buildings, also known as the EPBD (Energy Performance of Buildings Directive).
