On the foundation walls of a dilapidated previous building, Java Architecture have erected a five-storey tower house using wood techniques in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

Orange Architects, a studio headquartered in Rotterdam, have completed a compact, energy-efficient prefab house on the Dutch island of Texel. The holiday home is clad with black-stained wood.
