Intelligent and Integrated: Ergonomics at the Workplace

With this concept company employees no longer have a permanently assigned workstation, but instead each day flexibly reserve the workspace that suits their tasks and needs. With the new YOYO smart ergonomics system platform, Kesseböhmer provides the solution that companies and investors have previously looked for in vain for their office landscapes: the intelligently controlled workstation that can be flexibly reserved and integrates health-maintaining, ergonomically optimised components. In addition, YOYO significantly increases the usage rate of office space and creates transparency in its use. YOYO can be operated via a smartphone and desktop app and integrated into the existing IT infrastructure environment via standardised interfaces. Once personal settings have been set in the YOYO app, users can continue to experience their workplace as a familiar environment. Key elements such as the table, chair and lighting are geared to the individual needs of the employees and encourage them to set their own personal ergonomic goals.
